This 4th-year architectural project features a dynamic wood-structured development combining residential and commercial spaces. Seamlessly integrating with a park, it revitalizes a neglected area while remediating the environment. Using sustainable materials and green technologies, the design transforms the site into a vibrant hub that fosters community, ecology, and urban renewal. The project earned an honourable mention award for its exceptional integration of community needs and its transformative design, incorporating both active and passive remediation techniques to restore and enhance the environment.
