HISTORICAL RENOVATION

As a 3D modeler, it's my responsibility to create detailed and accurate models using SketchUp, ensuring every shape and proportion is precise. I develop unit layouts in AutoCAD, integrating spatial planning into the design process and adapting the 3D model accordingly. I apply bitmap textures to bring surfaces to life, crafting realistic materials and finishes. By fine-tuning lighting, shadows, and composition, I produce market-ready photo-realistic renders that effectively showcase designs and concepts. My role bridges creativity and technical skill, delivering visuals that captivate and communicate value.
